S. B. 478 -- " A BILL to repeal §5A-3-14, §5A-3-21, §5A-3-22, §5A-3-23, §5A-3-24, §5A-3-25, §5A-3-26, §5A-3-37a, §5A-3-38, §5A-3- 39, §5A-3-40, §5A-3-41, §5A-3-42, §5A-3-54, §5A-3-55 and 5A-3-55a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §5A-3-1, §5A-3-2, §5A-3-3, §5A-3-4, §5A-3-18, §5A-3-36 and §5A-3-37 of said code, all relating to the functions of the purchasing director; procurement process; relating to exempting certain entities from the Division of Purchasing; clarifying the judicial branch is exempt from the Division of Purchasing; clarifying that boards in chapter thirty are exempt from the Division of Purchasing."
